At Any Age, At Any Stage

I offer a range of gentle yoga classes. If you are a beginner, you will love how safe and easy the classes are to follow and how, even by the end of your first session, you feel much calmer and more relaxed.


More experience of yoga? You will appreciate the thoughtful way in which each session is designed, carefully crafted to help you progress, at any age, at any stage. I encourage you to tune into your body and mind, to notice how you are feeling, to practice yoga in a way which feels good, and very much needed.
