Many of us have become removed from the natural world around us, yet the closer we are to nature, the happier and healthier we are. My classes encourage you to tune in to nature and to become more aware of, appreciate, and align your life with the changing seasons.
As we strengthen our sense of connection to nature, we feel a truer sense of being part of, rather than apart from, the world around us. This in turn gives us a deeper sense of connection to one another and to our own true nature.
